**Job Listing: Administrator for Adult Residential Facility for the Developmentally Disabled**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations at our Adult Residential Facility for the Developmentally Disabled. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with Title 22 and Title 17 regulations, as well as adherence to the new HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) laws.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure compliance with Title 22, Title 17, and HCBS regulations.
- Oversee the care provided to residents, ensuring their needs are met by caregivers.
- Manage the hiring and firing of staff members.
- Ensure all required documentation for a Level Three facility is completed and maintained.
- Schedule and coordinate all medical appointments for residents, including transportation to and from appointments.
- Be available for all state evaluations, ensuring the facility remains in compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the owner/licensee to oversee all operations of the facility.
**Qualifications:**
**Have a current Administrators Certification by the Department of Social Services
- Experience in managing or administering an Adult Residential Facility.
- Thorough knowledge of Title 22 and Title 17 regulations, as well as HCBS laws.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the owner/licensee.
