We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) trainer to deliver training programs for, new and existing administrators, support personnel working in elderly care settings. The trainer will be responsible for teaching the RCFE 80-hour initial certification and continuing education in compliance with California Title 22 and Community Care Licensing requirements.
Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social services, education, or a related field preferred.

Certified RCFE Administrator strongly preferred.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed RCFE or similar care setting.

At least 1 year of experience delivering training or leading staff development sessions.

Certifications:
-
RCFE Administrator Certificate (active and in good standing).

CPR and First Aid certification.

Instructor certification for medications or dementia care (preferred but not required).

Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of Title 22, Health & Safety Code, and other relevant regulations.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to use Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language) is a plus.
