Job Summary

About Us:
We are a private residential property provider in the process of establishing a high-quality, licensed Adult Residential Facility (ARF). We are seeking a certified, experienced ARF Administrator to join our team as a Part-Time Co-Administrator to assist with our initial licensing, vendorization packet, and operational compliance.

Job Summary:
This is a flexible, part-time position designed for a seasoned administrator who meets the state's prior experience requirements. You will work closely with the facility owner to review policies, finalize the Community Care Licensing (CCL) and Regional Center application packets, and serve as the designated administrator on the license to launch operations. This is an ideal role for an administrator looking for supplementary income or consulting hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Designated Administrator on the initial CCL and Regional Center licensing applications to satisfy Title 22 experience requirements.
• Review, refine, and sign off on the facility's Program Design and operational policies.
• Assist the owner in preparing the physical facility for pre-licensing inspections.
• Provide occasional consultation on Title 22 regulations, staff training templates, and resident onboarding procedures.
• Work collaboratively alongside the owner to transition primary administrative duties once operational milestones are reached

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must possess a current, valid ARF Administrator Certification issued by the State Department of Social Services.
• Must have at least one (1) full year of documented, verifiable experience working as an administrator or lead staff in a licensed residential care setting (required to satisfy Regional Center criteria).
• Deep understanding of California Title 22 regulations and Regional Center vendorization processes.
• Ability to pass a mandatory fingerprint, DOJ, and FBI criminal background clearance (LiveScan).
• Strong organizational skills and experience writing or executing Program Designs.
