Koinonia Family Services is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Facility Supervisor in its Koinonia Connections Emergency Placement Program in Rocklin, California. This specialized program serves youth ages 0 to 21 who have been placed due to trauma, behavioral health challenges, or disruption in their prior placements. Operated from a welcoming residential home in the countryside near Sierra College (near I-80 and Rocklin Road), the program provides youth with a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
As the Facility Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and provide direct supervision to a team of dedicated direct care staff, including the approved resource parent assigned to the home. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the home, maintain compliance with licensing standards, promote trauma-informed care, and cultivate a cohesive and professional team culture. You will work closely with the resource parent to support the youth and the therapeutic goals of the program.
This position is supported by a full-time assistant who handles many operational and logistical tasks, such as shopping, cooking, managing inventory and supplies, and running errands. The Facility Supervisor also partners closely with a Master's level social worker and receives support from a highly engaged management team.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation, as driving is an essential job function. The Facility Supervisor is responsible for tasks in support of the facility that involve driving. The role may also require transporting staff, clients, or materials to sites, some of which are not easily accessible by alternative transportation methods. The nature of these responsibilities necessitates the ability to drive to ensure timely, reliable, confidential, and effective support for the youth and families we serve.
