We are currently seeking dependable, compassionate, responsible, and professional Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Adult Residential Facility team.

✅ REQUIRED DOCUMENTS & CERTIFICATIONS

Applicants must have current and valid:

• TB Clearance
• Physical
• Fingerprint/Background Clearance
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• MAB Certification

DSP Year 1 & Year 2 certification is preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct care and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities
• Assist clients with daily living skills and personal care
• Support community outings and appointments
• Prepare meals and assist with household responsibilities
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with medication administration according to facility procedures
• Follow individual support and behavioral plans
• Protect client rights, dignity, safety, and confidentiality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
