People Creating Success is looking for compassionate, patient, and caring Direct Care Staff to join us in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. We offer a variety of shifts and are especially interested in candidates who are available on weekends.

What You’ll Do:

Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include:

• Following individual program plans and working towards their goals

• Completing documentation at the end of each shift

• Assisting with daily living activities, including:

  • Cleaning, cooking, and light household duties

  • Participating in community events and activities

  • Supporting healthy food choices and budget management

  • Helping with hobbies, studies, and social activities

  • Providing hygiene and bathing assistance if needed

  • Lifting and transferring individuals if applicable

  • Assisting with medication management if applicable

  • Communicating with staff and program managers about individuals’ progress

  • Maintaining mature judgment and a warm, caring demeanor

• Flexible Shifts: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.

• Training: Comprehensive training is provided, and we offer opportunities for advancement to lead staff and management positions.

Requirements for Employment:

• DSP 1 & 2 Certification (Preferred)

  • We pay for you to get certified! 

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)

• Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
