Position: Direct Care Staff for Adult Residential Facility

People Creating Success is currently hiring Direct Care Staff for our Adult Residential Facility in the Ventura County/Oxnard area. In this role, you will provide support to four amazing individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

• Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Qualifications

• DSP 1 & 2 Certifications (Preferred)
• Must Clear Live-Scan Background Check
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (if applicable to the position)

Job Requirements

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities
• Engage in daily living activities and support personal growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Job Types

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Morning and Evening shifts available
