Description

Ettie Lee Youth and Family Services has been providing caring, quality services for at-risk children, youth and their families in Southern California since 1953.

We are looking for caring, quality clinicians to join our team to provide effective field based mental health services for at-risk children, youth and their families.

Required Qualifications:

· Registered or Licensed with the BBS as an MFT, CSW, or PCC

· Valid California Driver's License, good driving record required and current auto insurance

· Able to work flexible hours based on client need

· Able to receive FBI/DOJ Criminal Clearance to work with children and youth

· Able to pass physical exam, including a drug screen

· Ability to master DMH documentation requirements

· Ability to work with and around wraparound services

· Able to complete all client clinical documentation timely

· Ability to master Seeking Safety, TF-CBT, MAP and other EBP’s

· Ability to embrace the Shared Core Practice Model, including Trauma Informed/Capable and Culturally Sensitive/Capable service delivery, as well as collaborative ‘teaming’

· Ability to embrace a “Whatever it takes’ program philosophy

· Compassion, Integrity and Self-Awareness

Qualifications

 1 or more years experience treating at-risk children, youth and their families (preferred but not required). 

· Resourceful, non-judgmental and adaptable with good boundaries and limit setting skills

· Experience with DMH documentation and DMH documentation requirements

· Knowledge of and Experience with Seeking Safety, TF-CBT, MAP, DBT and other EBP’s

· Knowledge of and Experience with Shared Core Practice Model

· Knowledge of and Experience with Culturally Sensitive/Capable treatment

· Bilingual Spanish-English

· Sense of humor about life and self
