Job Description:
Conduct FBAs
Oversee treatment planning for QAS Professionals
Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff
Collect & organize data
Analyze data & review treatment plans
Develop and oversee the implementation of ABA programs for consumers
Communicate with funding sources
Provide staff trainings
Provide training and supervision for behavior therapists
Conduct individualized in-home parent trainings
Conduct 16-hour group parent education trainings
Review data & write reports
Oversee the clinical operations of the agency
Provide training and supervision in the field to behavior therapists
Supervise BCABA and BCBA candidates
