Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Front Desk & Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day warehouse operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and players, handle administrative tasks, and support facility management to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet athletes, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle check-ins, scheduling, and payments for training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
• Manage client records, attendance logs, and basic data entry.
• Support daily facility operations (inventory checks, opening/closing tasks, restocking supplies).
• Communicate with trainers and clients to confirm schedules and resolve questions.
• Assist with light marketing duties (posting updates on social media or notifying clients of promotions).
• Enforce facility policies to ensure a safe, respectful environment.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (required).
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in an active, sports-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or POS systems).
Hours & Compensation
• Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
