Position Overview
The House Administrator (HA) plays a key leadership role within our Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes (EBSH), serving as the primary point of contact for individuals served, families, Regional Center representatives, and consultants. The HA provides direct supervision to Lead DSPs and DSPs, overseeing clinical programming, staffing, and daily operations to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day home operations.
- Maintain accurate client and employee files in compliance with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations.
- Manage home inventory, budgets, and purchasing for client and home needs.
- Ensure compliance with all medication protocols, including proper documentation and storage.
- Complete and submit incident reports, budget reports, and staffing updates on time.
- Ensure staff schedules meet required coverage and fill shifts when needed to maintain ratios.
- Remain onsite at the EBSH a minimum of 20 hours weekly, or as needed for resident needs.
Client & Clinical Support
- Collaborate with the Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP) to develop and oversee assessments, treatment plans, and data-driven interventions.
- Facilitate ongoing evaluation of client progress and conduct regular clinical team meetings.
- Support development of community-based activities aligned with residents’ goals and interests.
- Promote safety, dignity, and person-centered care at all times.
Human Resources & Staff Oversight
- Directly supervise and support LDSPs and DSPs.
- Maintain up-to-date staff training records and credentialing (e.g., CPR, CPI, DSPs).
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation in collaboration with the training team.
- Ensure staff complete required continuing education and certifications.
- Foster a positive work culture through leadership, communication, and mentorship.
Communication
- Serve as liaison between families, caregivers, case managers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and communicate all appointments, staffing changes, and home-related updates.
- Follow CABA protocols for all internal and external communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of IPPs, Title 17 & 22 regulations, and CCL expectations.
- Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges in residential settings.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and positive behavior supports.
Certifications & Requirements
- Active ARF Administrator Certificate
- DSP I & DSP II Certifications
- CPI Certification (trainer status preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®), Licensed Psychiatric Technician, or QBMP designation
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- TB clearance, health screening, background check (DOJ/FBI Live Scan)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (provided by CABA if needed)
- Completion of Westside Regional Center Residential Services Orientation (RSO)

Pay: $68,640.00 per year
