**Must be licensed ARF Administrator, or previously licensed.

Ever Well Health is looking for a caring facility Administrator, with strong operational leadership capabilities, to join our growing team. We’ve made a commitment to provide superior care through thoughtful and compassionate treatment for adults experiencing significant mental or emotional issues. The facility Administrator will be a major contributor to leading staff towards this mission.

The Administrator will manage the teams and individuals who provide direct care of our residents. We are searching for a leader with a stewardship focused management style, along with a background and experience in business administration. REPORTS TO: Director of Residential Services

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Full-time, salaried exempt position with a 45 - 55 hour expected work week. If staffing issues or emergencies arise the Administrator will be required to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

The Administrator is responsible for the overall engagement and well-being of the residents and staff. The Administrator sets the tone for the facility and the expectations for staff/resident, staff/staff and resident/resident relationships. The Administrator is expected to create a home-like atmosphere where residents and staff are treated with understanding, patience and dignity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Mental Health: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ARF Administrator Certification (Preferred)
• RCFE Administrator Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Stockton, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
