Job Overview

The Returns Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riverside, CA. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing customer returns to ensure items are correctly logged, evaluated, and routed for repair, restocking, or disposal. Day-to-day tasks include verifying return documentation, matching items to orders, performing basic functional checks, and updating records in the inventory and return management systems. The Returns Processor will communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, support quality control initiatives, and help identify recurring product issues. Pay Range -$17-$18

Qualifications

• Skilled in Customer Returns and Quality Control to accurately inspect products and ensure proper handling of returned items.
• Computer Literacy skills to work with inventory, order management, and return processing systems like Excel and QuickBooks.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standardized procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, returns processing, or electronics/automotive products.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move products as required, and to work on-site in Riverside, CA on a consistent full-time schedule. Monday-Friday 7-4pm
