What you bring to SBHG : 

Education & Experience 

  • High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years’ experience in an office environment or equivalent combination of education, experience, or office/clerical internships 
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required 
  • Experience with Workday preferred 
  • Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable 

How you will make a difference

Under general supervision of the Regional HR Manager/HR Manager, the HR Assistant performs a wide variety of human resources administrative tasks to support the region/agency human resources department. This includes assisting candidates through the onboarding process, scanning documents and maintaining personnel/other HR department documents and files, entering and maintaining accurate data in the HRIS, creating and distributing HR paperwork, generating reports, and general HR duties. Travel within the region may be required.
