Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to supervise ABA programs in the home and school settings. You’ll manage teams of behavior interventionists in collaboration with clinical team, provide on-going staff and parent training, and conduct behavior assessments as part of your responsibilities.

Will service the Corona/ Riverside Areas

Salary based on experience and education.

Position Requirements and Interpersonal Skills of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst status in good standing
• Minimum 3 years experience providing ABA services
• Experience in a supervisory position
• Manage required documentation in timely manner
• Have reliable transportation
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Time management skills
