Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

We’re actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for an in-office position based in Oakland, CA. This weekday role offers the chance to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, support clinical staff, and oversee care coordination—all without weekend or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and develop effective intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs and ensure protocol adherence
• Evaluate progress using data-driven methods
• Collaborate with families and external providers
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
• Background in team leadership and client care

• Salary range: $100K–$120K
• Full-time, no evenings or weekends
