ARF Administrator Level Service 3
Role
ARF Administrator will be responsible for the operation of the facility that provides care to Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled individuals, ensure compliance with Title 22 and 17 regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including staff supervision, manage facility according to CCLD and NBRC regulations.
- Ensure adherence to California licensing requirements, state/federal regulations, and facility policies; conduct fire, evacuation and disaster drills.
- Work with NBRC Service Coordinators to implement client IPP, ensure quality person-centered services are provided to facility clients, including client access to community resources.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance concerns; and maintain a professional, well-organized team.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections to keep the environment clean, safe, and compliant with CCLD regulations.
- Report and document clients progress notes, semi-annual reports, maintain accurate clients records, and special incident reports per NBRC and CCLD regulations.
- Respond promptly to both client and staff incidents and complaints with proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma or GED,

Experience: One year experience in adult residential facilities, mental health, or related care settings.

Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and ARF Administrator Certificate, related course certifications related to Service Level 3 facility (medication training, dementia, OSHA, disaster training, etc.)

Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adherence to HIPPA.
- Other: Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance and ability to drive a van.

Salary Range: $26 - $30 per hour depending on experience.

Benefits: 401(k); paid time off (sick time), holiday and overtime pay.

Extra Requirements: Pass health screening/PPD test and DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
Pay: $25.71 - $30.96 per hour
